Nvidia driver in F18?

A lot of the important bits of nouveau (and all modern drivers) now
reside in the kernel as part of KMS, so F18-as-shipped would be
different from F17-as-shipped wrt nouveau even if the
xorg-x11-drv-nouveau package hadn't changed.

of course, we now keep legacy releases up-to-date kernel-wise, so in
many ways, up-to-date f17 will have almost the same NVIDIA support as
up-to-date f18. wheels within wheels...
