As Rahul says, the existence of a SIG by itself proves little. If you
read the server SIG page, in fact, it rather suggests an implicit
acknowledgement that Fedora isn't really a server distro, and the SIG's
goal is a modest one of trying to improve the situation as far as
possible within the accepted framework that Fedora as a whole isn't
going to prioritize server usage.
