Self introduction

[Jean-Eudes Onfray]

Hi,

I'm Jean-Eudes Onfray, I work as contractor for an small ISP. I'm the
sysadmin for the whole platform, all Fedora (~ 30 servers). Some of my
job is also developing internal apps (C++, Perl, PHP, Java). I started
using Red Hat Linux/Fedora in 1997 and working with since 1999.

I'd like to become co-maintainer for libkml. I contacted Rakesh Pandit
(maintainer) and he suggested me to do so if I could help. I updated all
outdated patches and sent the whole to this bug:

I'd also like to see OpenCPN packaged in Fedora:

I'm part of the upstream team and I already build Fedora packages there.
Seeing it included in Fedora would be much easier for our users. I'll
prepare updated spec & srpm and report asap.
