It looks like this is on its way to being solved.

Even though this is in bluez, it looks like it is probably inlined into
pulseaudio as the file has the same name in pulseaudio.

I tried making the same change in the pulseaudio file and make finished.
(I didn't do a complete change to allow fedpkg local to work.)

So it looks like checking on the status of the bluez update and once that's
in place rebuilding pulseaudio.

I am not sure what will happen if you make the change locally in pulseaudio
and not have the bluez change in place. However, that might be the lesser
of two evils if the current problem is bad enough.
