Removing SysV Init Scripts

Since systemd works well with SystemV, in a efficient way (my opinion),
I don't see, why we can't use SystemV anymore and specifically in cases
like upstream still use that. 
systemd is pacific (my opinion) and don't see why we must have one
system only, if the other supports legacy well and will support
(though). 
Note: I don't know if it is or not is a requirement to switch to native
systemd units.
