If you want to allow it for now you could build a custom policy

# grep mongod /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mongod
# semodule -i mongod.pp

We have to add this access to the selinux-policy package.  I have
checked in a fix for Rawhide and will have it pushed to F15, F16 and
RHEL6.
