In case you want to update kicad to the latest bzr revision, I've 
uploaded:
http://scottt.tw/fedora/kicad-eeschema-boost-1.47-build-fix.patch

That's the same "remove some const declarations to make code using 
boost::ptr_vector build" fix but against latest upstream BZR.
