UsrMove feature breaking "yum upgrade" upgrades from older releases to F17?

Fortunately (and IMO the major part of the problem) the core parts of
the feature haven't landed yet and hence not even widely tested. This
is the reason for my mail to the list so we don't have a massive blow
out just before freeze ensuring a slip.
