Sigh, that's the problem with using tags :/

AIUI, at this point you're stuck either reverting the /usr move
modifications in nss-softokn and building for Rawhide, or waiting until
we push the /usr move packages into Rawhide proper...

What probably ought to have happened is that we should have branched the
packages that got modified for the /usr move in git, so their master
branches would not have the /usr move changes and there'd be a 'usrmove'
branch or something which did have the changes. That might be a better
way to handle this in future.
