Search all spec files for a %post changing /etc/lvm/lvm.conf?

We think that a spec file in Fedora might have tried to edit
/etc/lvm/lvm.conf in a %post script.  Unfortunately there's quite a
large list of candidate packages.

Any suggestions for grepping all or a large number of Fedora spec
files?
