Not a single person who has claimed a performance or semantic win for
this /tmp move has replied when asked for proof.

If someone would take the time to put "Implement contingency plan for
/tmp Feature" on a FESCo agenda and get the ball rolling you might get
something going. Right now these e-mail chains are doing precisely dick.
