Bug 799556 Closed but not fixed by the Update

Can someone re-open Bug 799556:

I posted there on June 11th, saying it is not fixed. No one has re-opened
the bug.

Automatic Bug Reported keeps re-directing me to that bug, and is not filing
a new bug, because it is considering that as a dupe.

But Fedora Update System closed that bug as Fixed.
