I think, I meet all the requirements

1-  I already ask for an alternative which don't found.

I can build it without problems or is already fixed.

3 - "Consult with the former maintainer for more information", I had.
smb4k was change his home to sourceforge and last stable version have
contacts, site, maintainers updated.

4 - Deprecated packages require re-review. Submit a review request (a
new bugzilla ticket) and have the package approved by a reviewer as if
it were new to Fedora. See the package review process for more
information.
