The blocker list is specifically intended to be open to nominations. We
still have the problem that people without editbugs privileges can't
change the Blocks: field, though :(. If you have the power to edit that
field and you think a bug should be a blocker, _please_ just edit the
field and put the appropriate bug alias in there - FXXAlpha to nominate
a bug as an Alpha blocker, FXXBeta to nominate it as a Beta blocker, and
FXXBlocker to nominate it as a Final blocker. See
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process for more
details. You aren't assuming any special powers by doing so, you're not
'making' the bug a blocker - you're only nominating it as one. No-one
will be angry with you, the bug will be reviewed at a blocker review
meeting, and it can very easily be rejected if we decide it isn't a
blocker. Nominating a blocker is never a destructive action. So please,
always err on the side of doing it. :)

If you think a bug should be a blocker but you don't have the power to
edit the field, _please_ contact QA, either in #fedora-qa or on the
mailing list. Someone with the power will nominate the bug for you. It's
important to realize that there's no-one in Fedora whose job it is to
look at every bug and decide whether it should be a blocker: we _really_
need people who think 'hmm, this bug should be a blocker' to speak up,
otherwise there's a chance it may be missed.

I'll take a look at that one, thanks.
