New libtiff version in rawhide, requires dependent packages rebuild

Could you point me to this "pre-existing FTBFS"?

Digging BZ, koji and googling did not turn up any formal FTBFS, however 
when trying to rebuild OSG, it indeed fail to build due to an issue 
which seems unrelated to libtiff.
