Splitting out PackageKit-Qt -- help required

So assuming that the split out package has a higher version, the new
package should have

Obsoletes: PackageKit-qt <= 0.8.7 #must be greater than the last nevr so it
has to be one higher version or release number.
Provides: PackageKit-qt = %{version}-%{release}
