Great thanks for the review.

php-pecl-zendopcache is build and should be soon in updates-testing for
Fedora 17, 18 and EPEL-6.

php-pecl-apc 3.1.15-dev is also in updates-testing with the
apc.enable_opcode_cache directive (default=1, must be set to 0 to work
with Zend OPcache)
