Problem with mass rebuild / latex2html errors

I'm not still able to build in rawhide, I still get an infinite line of
dots from the latex2html command and builds get stuck in Koji (15 hiours
last time). Current stuck build is here:

I'm opening a bug in a few minutes; if this is already a known issue please
let me know.
