I'm testing that theory right now in a local mock build...

Removed:
BuildRequires:  pygtk2-libglade
Requires:      python-osmgpsmap

Changed: (from python-devel)
BuildRequires:  python2-devel

Added:
BuildRequires:  pygobject2-devel
BuildRequires:  osm-gps-map-devel
Requires:       osm-gps-map

Looks like I missed adding gtk3... I'll fix that and try again.
