It lacks in details how I can put hook in upgrade.pre and upgrade.post. 
What is the best practise here?

It would be nice if you can enhance:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines
with example snippets and general guidance how packager can create such 
hook.
