xmms being retired as of F19

There were objections so xmms will stay around. Also I was confused, I have 
xmms-pulse not the base xmms package. But since people want xmms, I'll 
keep xmms-pulse around as well. Though I could use help with the volume 
resetting every start up issue if someone wants to look at it.
