Build error for naev-data in F19 mass rebuild: GenericError: upload path exists

I just got a bug[1] that naev-data was FTBFS.  After examining the build
logs[2], I'm now confused as to what went wrong.

What does this mean?
GenericError: upload path
exists: /mnt/koji/work/tasks/9923/4999923/naev-data-0.5.3-7.fc19.noarch.rpm
