Fedora 18: WebApp and httpd 2.4 configuration

2 months ago I have open a bug tracker for all packages with an apache
configuration file, which need to be fixed to work with httpd 2.4.

The current situation, 1 week before release, don't seems really good,

16 packages are still "NEW", nott even acked by the maintainer
(and I just pushed 10 fixed packages to updates)

Some seems so broken, and unmaintained (ex zikula) that they should
probably be removed from the distro.
