I have not hit that, but I haven't done any mock builds recently. 

To debug these kinds of things, it helps to: 

- Look at when it last worked. 
- See if mock or anything mock uses was upgraded
- Download old versions from koji and downgrade until it starts
  working. 
Then you can note that on the bug and it becomes much easier to
isolate.

Yeah, we are doing somewhat better, but we could still do better yet,
IMHO.
