Status to make btsfs to the standard filesystem of Fedora

When you reach a quota limit, the first intuitive action one takes is
to delete something to make space.
But aparently (and currently) with btrfs one needs to change the quota
and then delete.
I have not yet tested this, but i will test it later.

Free space in btrfs is really different.
