Proposed F19 Feature: Cinnamon as Default Desktop

1. because the Desktop "spin" is not included in the counter.
2. I doubt those numbers are accurate. Only 54 downloads of Xfce spin
for this release? I hope you understand it's completely out of the
reality since there have been over 200,000 direct downloads of F18. I
think those numbers have been in question several times. Someone even
suggested we'd remove them.

Polls are not a good way to find out what the majority wants. Because
the subset of users that usually participate in such polls don't
represent the whole user base. It's just not a statistically
representative sample.

It may not be a 100% accurate, but it's based on a survey with over 4000
submitted results, so it has some relevance.

And please stop all that talk about excluding RHT employees from any
decisions. I think we're all equal and one big community. I spend a lot
of my free time working for Fedora and this really offends me.
