License change: PokerTH, GPLv2+ to AGPLv3+ with exceptions

Hey, folks. Another license issue I caught while bumping PokerTH. 
Somewhere between 0.8.3 and 0.9.4 (I can't be more precise as the 
earlier 0.9 releases no longer seem to be available and this fact was 
not noted in the changelog!), upstream changed the license from GPLv2+ 
to AGPLv3+. In 1.0, an exception for OpenSSL linking was added. So the 
license is now "AGPLv3+ with exceptions". I don't think this materially 
affects any other package. I am correcting the License: field in the 
1.0.1 package builds I'm currently doing.
