Orphaning packages: PySolFC* and lybniz

Hello,

I no longer have the time to give these packages the attention they deserve, 
so I would like to announce that I am releasing ownership for:

  * PySolFC, PySolFC-cardsets and PySolFC-music
  * Lybniz

PySolFC has a known issue with F19 where it does not start, and [untested] a 
simple change may fix that: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=969591

Lybniz upstream still exists but has not been updated in some time.
