Yup, we just need to add a macro so it's available during
createSRPMfromSCM in Koji.  (The conditionalized syntax we'd need
otherwise is just awful.)

Nope, they don't affect anything currently packaged.  It's only for a
bunch of new packages we want to get in.  :-)
