Unresponsive mantainer process - bacula package

Hello,

following on the mail at:

I've filed the "unresponsive mantainer bug" for the bacula package:

No package updates were committed, no commits in the git repositories; no
bugs were resolved since 1st December 2008 (more than 4 years).

Most of the work in the past years has been done by myself with the help of
other co-mantainers:

I'm thereby asking some FESCo member to approve the takeover.
