NM system-connection file created on fedup upgrade but not DVD install

Hello,

Trying to figure out if I did something to cause this.

I have a machine that has been continuously updated from at least F16
till F19 via preupgrade and now fedup. I also purchased a new SSD for it
so installed F19 via the Beta DVD. I noticed one issue, on the upgraded
system NM doesn't resume the wired network, but the fresh install does.

   I filed bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=970170 trying
to find what the issue was. dcbw and I tried to figure out what was
going on. I ended up finding a file in
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/Auto Ethernet with the setting
autoconnect=false. I don't recall creating the file, though its entirely
possible. However stat on the file returns:

   File: ‘/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/Auto Ethernet’
Size: 210 Blocks: 8 IO Block: 4096 regular file
Device: 900h/2304d	Inode: 9175051 Links: 1
Access: (0600/-rw-------) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)
Context: system_u:object_r:NetworkManager_etc_rw_t:s0
Access: 2013-06-04 21:43:40.643227911 -0600
Modify: 2013-05-30 11:53:11.924607506 -0600
Change: 2013-05-30 11:53:11.975606395 -0600
  Birth: -

I don't 100% know what to make of that, particularly why there is no
birth date, however I did upgrade on the 30th.

So does fedup or anything in that chain create connection files? I
would imagine no since no one else is experiencing this issue but wanted
to make sure.

   Thoughts?
