Issues with metalink to fedora-rawhide-x86_64

yes. It's known and being worked on right now. ;) 

(our monitoring paged several of us a bit ago, and we are working to
fix it). 

Note that it's just that exact combo only affected: rawhide, x86_64,
everything else seems to be working just fine.
