why does *anything* still use sysv-init stuff and packages
whichare not converted simply not dropped to wake up the
maintainer which does *clearly* not his work?

it is very poor push F15 out with a halfbaken systemd with
neraly no systemd-units and years later allow packages still
not follow the distribution standard

F15->F16->F17->F18->F19->f20
these are *5 releases* and F15/F16 "features" are stoll not done

i say it again: it should have been prohibited ever ship
services with sysv-units from F15 and F15 as long delayed
as all packages are converted or unresponsive ones dropped
