Since there was no public outcry about the idea of removing it (only one
person opposed, but I think this was mostly confusion about what the
tool does, i.e. the name suggests it would be a converter between sysv
scripts and systemd units, but it totally is not, it just recods
runlevel information before deleting sysv scripts), I wen forward and
filed this ticket to FPC:
