Note that by 'not included' what I mean is at present I'm under the
impression we do not need a fixed package in the final frozen F19
package set and on the DVD. If the update gets sufficient karma and is
submitted for stable before the release day, it will be in the 'updates'
repository on release day, i.e. it will be a 0-day update.
