avgtime has been pushed to stable, but I suspect what happened is that
it was built against the old version of ldc (because there was no
build-override in place).

In any case, I think if most updates to ldc are going to break all
packages that depend on ldc, then ldc should rebuild dependent
packages.  There are only ~6 such packages:
