delays between kernel builds and updates-testing

Because only one kernel can be queued up in testing and kernels get updated
faster than they get karma to get into stable. So if testing kernels got
replaced as soon as there were new updates available, they may never
get to stable.
If you want to help with this test kernels on the older releases and give
appropriate feedback in bohdi for them.
