Since a PackageKit update a month or two ago, if the description field
is left blank then PackageKit will show the top of the RPM changelog
after the message "The developer logs will be shown as no update
information is available" or something along those lines. (Previously it
just used to say "No update information available.") So the
functionality for that is in place....
