Mediawiki 1.20.2 has landed

I believe James' ownership of this package is likely a consequence of an
experiment we (QA) ran a while back with using the semantic extension to
handle Test Day feedback submission. We only did it once, and so we
don't have a pressing need for the package to work at present, but if
James doesn't want to (and no-one else claims it), I'll try and find a
bit of spare time to check if it builds and smoke tests against new
mediawiki at least.
