using fedup to upgrade to f19

Please file a bug on mock. They need to push out a version with f19
configs:

The install repo that fedup uses isn't setup yet in f19. 
It needs to point to update images that are not yet created.

Because it lacks the needed updates.img. 

I would advise using yum to upgrade to f19 at this time.
