Packages requires /sbin/service.

No, with UsrMove you have symbol links
ll /
bin -> usr/bin
lib -> usr/lib
lib64 -> usr/lib64
sbin -> usr/sbin
I'm not sure, but I'd say, you must have the symbol links.
