Retagging a koji build as f17-updates-candidate?

You should be able to retag it yourself.

  $ koji buildinfo glibc-2.15-59.fc17
  [... snip ...]
  Tags: 
  RPMs:
  [... snip ...]

So the build is not tagged at all any more.

Try this:

  $ koji tag-pkg f17-updates-candidate glibc-2.15-59.fc17

If you have the proper permissions on the package, that should work.
