In pkgbd devel and Fedora 19 branches marked as Deprecated in status and
owned by orphan.

narasim listed as co-maintainer meantime.
And I do not see any available controls to became maintainer of it.
I checkout sources and there only dead.package file.
By checkout previous git commit I able build package locally. But what
should be next?
