Python reviews needed

I have some python packages that need reviewing:

python-envisage - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=958523

There may be more to come in the dep chain as well.  These are needed to 
repair the broken Mayavi visualization tool package.

I can swap for some reviews as well.
