no kernels updates in F17 ?

It's become enough of a problem that if we don't start getting more
testers on the oldest
release, the kernel team is probably going to break it's rule of not
allowing the kernel
maintainers give karma to kernel updates.  So yes, more help on the
oldest release is
much needed.
