  There are few parts of iSCSI stack in Fedora. This iscsi.service brings
up all targets previously configured. Nevertheless it should only be pulled
in when there are actaully some targets discovered:

  Other part of stack, iscsid.service, is already socket activable (at least
upstream since Mike pulled my patches, in Fedora since 6.2.0.873-4).
