Koji doensn't resolve package dependency

$ koji latest-pkg f19-build gnustep-make
Build                                     Tag                   Built by
----------------------------------------  --------------------  ----------------
gnustep-make-2.6.4-12.fc19                f19-override          s4504kr

Expire the override request for gnustep-make-2.6.4-12.fc19 (and also
gnustep-make-2.6.4-13.fc19), and the really latest gnustep-make will
put into F-19 buildroot.
