About volatile udev directory

Hi folks,

I've found the following in Fedora 18
[root at mpinode02 sergio]# LANG=C ls /run/udev/rules.d
ls: cannot access /run/udev/rules.d: No such file or directory

I haven't found anything in the changelog about a change about it, is there
no more that directory ?
