 Add a layer, and it works perfectly:

python-pyface:
  Requires: python-pyface-backend

python-pyface-backend-wxPython:
  Provides: python-pyface-backend
  Requires: wxPython

python-pyface-backend-pyQt4:
  Provides: python-pyface-backend
  Requires: pyQt4
