Almost, but not quite (it must be done when you remove the package,
can't be done after).

The clean_requirements_on_remove=1 setting is also helpful, like
'autoremove' after each 'remove'. Still can't be done after-the-fact,
but is nice (and more accurate, AFAIK, since it uses the yumdb 'reason'
tag).
